Dave is happy to correspond with humans, but can’t do so online. Why would any of us want to spend more time online? To write a letter to him, mail it to 849 Valencia Street, San Francisco, CA 94110. He answers every letter. But! Make sure you include your own mailing address, legibly written! (You’d be surprised at how many people forget to include their mailing address, or jot it down so quickly that we can’t decipher it! And thus we have the tragedy of being unable to write back.)

Dave is not on the road that much these days, but he loves hearing from readers and getting mail, and will answer your letters through the United States Postal Service. Every day, students from every age, kindergarten to PhD-level, write to Dave, asking questions and such, and he always writes back.
